That’s why we’ve made it our mission to amplify these voices and give people a platform to share their experiences, whether they’re seeking financial support or simply hoping to be heard.
In 2023, as Ontario grappled with the ongoing homelessness crisis, we saw firsthand the impact that storytelling can have. We knew that there was a need to provide individuals with a private, dignified space to share their stories without the risk of exposure or exploitation. By creating NorthStrong, we’ve helped hundreds of people who might not have had a voice otherwise.
But what sets us apart?
At NorthStrong, we offer a safe, secure platform for anonymous or named fundraising. We understand the sensitivities involved in sharing deeply personal stories. Through our grassroots storytelling approach, we provide clients with privacy, transparency, and security, making it easier for them to get the support they need.
We’ve worked with individuals from all walks of life, from students struggling with tuition fees, to families facing unforeseen medical expenses, and even mental health advocates who are working tirelessly to raise awareness.
